FXTM offers several forex and CFD account types, MT4/MT5, a mobile app, demo trading and optional swap-free settings. Costs, currencies and leverage differ by account and region. The group lists several regulated entities, but the contracting entity matters: the Kenya CMA listing covers Exinity Capital East Africa Ltd, whose website is forextime.com, while other licenses are stated on the FXTM site and were not all independently confirmed in regulator registers.
The service has a broad account lineup and a useful help and education library. The main caveats are high, floating leverage on selected accounts, region-dependent terms and a multi-entity structure whose licensing must not be generalized from one company to another.

The current account comparison lists Micro, Rewards, Rewards Plus, Advantage, Advantage Stocks and Demo. Rewards Plus is shown with a USD 100 minimum (or 350 AED in the UAE and 137,000 NGN in Nigeria), spreads from 1.5 pips and no commission; Rewards is indexed with a USD 200 minimum, spreads from 0.9 pips and leverage up to 1:5000. Micro is a cent-based MT4 account marketed for smaller starting amounts, but its exact current minimum was not consistently retrievable. Advantage offers spreads from zero with commission; Advantage Stocks is commission-free for cash US shares. Demo trading is available. Swap-free settings can be enabled for eligible accounts; Enhanced Swap-Free requires Gold tier or higher and applies only to selected instruments and durations. A current managed-account or copy-trading service was not verified. An affiliate/partner program is offered; a separate institutional account was not verified.
FXTM describes payment options as account- and region-specific; the client portal displays the methods, amounts, currencies and usual processing times available to that client. The help centre documents cryptocurrency deposits and a closed-loop policy. For card and crypto deposits, the original method must generally be used to return the deposited principal before profits can be withdrawn by another available method. FXTM says it charges no deposit or withdrawal fee, but payment providers may charge. Its help centre notes a USD 3 fee for transactions below USD 30 in the crypto-deposit flow; provider minimums and network fees may also apply. Processing time varies by method, and FXTM says support aims to respond to payment queries within 24 hours.
The company advertises spreads from zero on selected Advantage instruments and commission-free pricing on Rewards, Rewards Plus and Micro. Its comparison page lists Rewards Plus spreads from 1.5 pips and no commission; Rewards is indexed at spreads from 0.9 pips. Advantage has variable commission based on instrument and notional value. Swaps apply to overnight positions unless the account has an active eligible swap-free setting. Actual costs vary by instrument, account, region and market conditions; inspect the current contract specifications and account portal.
The site advertises up to 1:5000 on Rewards and Rewards Plus, and up to 1:3000 on Advantage in some promotional material. These are not universal guarantees: leverage floats and depends on account equity, product, instrument and contracting entity. The Kenya entity and UAE promotion-only entity must not be assumed to offer the same retail trading terms as the Mauritius entity. Leverage magnifies losses as well as gains.
The homepage advertises a welcome bonus of up to USD 500 as 100% of the first deposit in trading credit. Availability, amount and conditions may vary by country and account, and trading credit is not automatically withdrawable cash. The company also offers FXTM Rewards points, birthday bonuses, point boosts and competitions. Confirm the applicable promotion terms in the client portal before depositing.
Clients can use the FXTM mobile app on iOS and Android, MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 on desktop and mobile, and a web platform for account management. The site’s MT4 download information also references Windows, Mac, iOS, Android and web access. Some instruments or features are account-specific; confirm whether the relevant platform supports the products you intend to trade.
The site advertises over 1,000 markets across forex, metals, indices, commodities, stocks, cryptocurrencies, futures, ETFs and crosses. Not every account includes every instrument: the comparison specifically marks US, Hong Kong and UAE stocks and ETFs as MT5-only. Product availability and leverage are subject to regional and account restrictions.

The FXTM website identifies Exinity Limited, registration C119470 C1/GBL, with a registered address at 5th Floor, NEX Tower, Rue du Savoir, Cybercity, 72201 Ebene, Mauritius, and states it holds FSC Mauritius Investment Dealer license C113012295 and FSCA FSP 50320/OTC Derivative Provider status. It also states Exinity Global Financial Services L.L.C. has UAE license 20200000270 for Category 5 promotion and introduction activities. The Kenya CMA’s current licensee list confirms Exinity Capital East Africa Limited as a non-dealing online forex broker, license 135; the group footer associates it with forextime.com, not fxtm.com. I could not independently match all company claims in the relevant Mauritius, FSCA and UAE registers during this review. The company claims client funds are segregated, but this is not a guarantee against loss or insolvency; no compensation scheme applicable to every FXTM client was verified.
Support is available through live chat, telephone and a contact form. The site lists +44 20 3734 1025 and says form submissions receive a response within 24 hours. Published hours are 03:00–20:00 UTC Monday to Friday and 07:00–11:00 UTC on weekends. The company calls its support multilingual but does not publish a complete, independently verified language roster.

FXTM offers broad market access, account choice, multiple platforms and extensive learning tools. It may be worth comparing for traders who understand leveraged CFDs and can verify that the offered entity and account suit their region. Before funding, confirm the contracting company, its current regulator status, available payment methods, account minimums, floating leverage and swap-free conditions. Trading can result in the loss of invested capital.
Forex trading can involve the risk of loss beyond your initial deposit. It is not suitable for all investors and you should make sure you understand the risks involved, seeking independent advice if necessary.
Forex accounts typically offer various degrees of leverage and their elevated profit potential is counterbalanced by an equally high level of risk. You should never risk more than you are prepared to lose and you should carefully take into consideration your trading experience.
