The Lot size calculation mode must be set manually to either one of:
- MoneyManagement so the lot size will be calculated by Forex Steroid according to the Risk_Long_MM and Risk_Short_MM variables.
- Fixed lot size so you'll need to provide a Fixed Lot Size variable for trading (1%, 2.5%, 5% or 7% where 1% is the lowest risk and 7% is the highest).
