VIP status is automatically assigned to clients, whose total balance of trade accounts in the MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 systems has reached 25 000 USD, excluding bonuses (or its equivalent in another currency).

Compensation from the company on any commission for deposits and withdrawals.
10% annual interest rate on free balance of funds on all trading accounts.
7% of commissions and spreads compensation.
Commissions on ECN PRO accounts are lowered by 20%.
Plus 3% for each profitable transaction.
Individual loss limits, set by the VIP client in Trader’s Room. In case limit is reached, the warning messages will be sent to email or SMS, and trading position can be locked to avoid position closure or bigger losses.
Personal Manager assistance. Resolving any issues (technical, financial, communications) with the help of VIP Department personal manager.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The minimum balance to get VIP status is 25000 USD (or its equivalent in another currency), excluding bonus funds. And also excluding balance on client’s CQG, NINJA and S.T.A.R. accounts.
This VIP status will be cancelled if the account balance drops to less than 25 000 USD.
If the trader’s total account balance stays above 25 000 USD for 3 months in a row, the VIP status will be retained for an extra 30 calendar days after the balance drops below that amount.
